| 3 Things About Me |
Ok, actually if you have been reading my blog you probably already know that I love reading and books, my OLW for the year is Energy, have 3 kids, am an educator (currently SAHM), practice mindfulness and meditation, and I am a part of the Abundant Mama Project.
What I am going to share with you today are 3 things that give you a deeper understanding to me, not me the mother, but me the person.
Number 1: Yes more books but these are the books in storage under the stairs on the way to the basement. Mainly because I just have so many and I re-read them often that they have not been donated. My Romance Collection. In it you will find Madeleine Hunter, Marsha Canham, Jossie Litton, Candice Proctor amongst some others. I have a weak spot for Scottish or Irish Historical Romances. No Fifty Shades of Grey.

My favourite though is Julie Garwood. See books below.

And my abolsute favourite is Ransom. I can not even count how many times I have read this one. Whenever I am in need of a quick, Scottish romance this is my go to book. It makes for a great beach read.

Number 2: I love, love, love, love. love lavender scented soap. Ok maybe more obsessed with them.

Number 3: I am so proud of this lamp that I made with my own hands back in grade 8 woodworking class that it has stayed with me through my adolescence, it followed me to university, and to my own place and even made it into my marriage and now it sits in my daughter's room. I have never changed it. It has had light bulbs replaced but otherwise it has always worked. I know it is not very stylish for my home décor but that has never mattered. Although I have thought about re-doing it. I can't believe it has lasted for 25 years now!

Well there you have it. 3 things about me which reveal more about the person behind the blog. Do you like Scottish Romances? Any favourites? Please feel free to share them with me. How about a favourite soap? Maybe lavender? Have you make something as a kid or teenager and still have it with you?
Cheers,
Bonnie
